Job Description

BWB Properties, Inc. is seeking a Research Analyst: Research and analyze national and international real estate markets, prospective property for acquisition, and strategies to enhance the value of BWB’s current properties and determine potential real estate development ventures. Use advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of market analysis to provide reports on new business opportunities presented by start-up companies and other organizations. Research company’s current business interests; use knowledge of data analysis for property management, development, and purchasing techniques to optimize company’s revenue and property portfolio. Use statistical analysis to examine market changes and trends. Conduct financial analysis to forecast business, industry, and economic conditions, for use in making investment decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing or related quantitative field, or the foreign equivalent in education & one (1) year post graduate analytical experience.

          40 hours per week

          9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

          Annual salary $39,874/year
